At GoRun we want to make a real and positive difference to peoples physical and mental health through running.
We keep things simple and light hearted in our coaching of individual and group sessions (there's enough stress in the rest of life right?!) We create training plans that think of your wider health and not just your running. We offer you an awesome community where everyone is encouraged to be active, learn, connect and give back.
We also take this exact same approach to our business and base our work on the ‘5 Ways To Wellbeing’ developed by the New Economics Foundation in the UK. This sets out 5 steps that we can all take to improve our health and wellbeing (connect, give, be active, take notice and learn).
