  • Instead of another static, online training program to follow, get ready to have one less thing to worry about. You give us the parameters, we’ll sort the schedule and the details so you can  focus only on the next step in front of you.

  • We’ll break your goals down into small, simple daily sessions that add up to massive running gains. You’ll develop a simple training structure and habits that become second nature and will last well beyond this 16 weeks.

  • We’ll start with you — your life, your family, your work, your goals. Then we’ll develop your own personalised plan, with your own coach to help you run better — in a way that fits into your own busy, everyday life.

  • Your coach will give you accountability and support every step of the way. They will adapt the plan for you when life gets in the way and help you stay consistent so that you can reach your goal. 

  • We have coached hundreds of personal and corporate  clients to improve their running fitness, or to reach new distances and times. As coaches, we’re constantly learning and improving so we can cut filter all the noise out there and give you simple, actionable advice.
